SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping & Tracking

We aim to process your order within 48 hours. However, during busy periods or when we’re handling a high volume of orders, it may take a little longer—please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.

For international customers: Please note that any duties, import fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. That said, the majority of our customers do not incur these additional charges. For more specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be defective, damaged, or not what you ordered (wrong item or color)

  • Be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: We are unable to offer full refunds for returns due to personal preference or change of mind. However, we're happy to offer an exchange instead. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Request a Return

Just email us at hello@kaikashi.com.au to start the process. We’ll send you the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll also provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Kindly note: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully check every item before shipping, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, we suggest initiating a return and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take a little longer to reflect the refund.
